Shipping Methods

Small items that will fit inside a post bag will be shipped by Toll overnight express post satchel.

Shipments that will not fit inside a post bag will be shipped via courier or TNT road express.

Should you have any particular instructions for the delivery of your order, please include them in the space provided during the check out process.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that your order has left our warehouse along with a tracking link for your shipment.

In the unlikely event that transit times are forecasted to exceed reasonable expectations you will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel your order.

Delivery To Unattended Addresses

Due to a spike in fraduelent activity and theft, AL-KO Garden orders can no longer be delivered to un-attended addresses.

In the event that the provided delivery address is unattended, orders will be delivered to your local TNT or Toll distribution hub. A card will be left by the courier with the details of the local depot where your order can be picked up.

Should a re-delivery be arranged, an aditional charge of $25 will be payable to cover re-delivery costs.

Requests For Couriers To Call Prior To Order Delivery

You will be provided with a tracking number and tracking link within your "Order Dispatched" e-mail notification. Under no circumstances are couriers abale to provide advice that a delivery is immenent.

Shipping Adresses

Products purchased through this online store may be shipped to business or residential addresses within Australia only.

Orders can not be delivered to Post Office Boxes.

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions

"Free Shipping" where specified, is applicable to metro Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide only.

AL-KO at its discretion will require customers to pay freight for orders being delivered to postal codes outside of the Metro regions listed below:

NSW – Sydney Metro 1000-2263, 2500-2530, 2555-2574, 2740-2786, 2890
QLD – Brisbane Metro 4000-4224, 4225, 4226-4299, 4500-4549, 9000-9299, 9300-9399, 9400-9596, 9700-9799
SA – Adelaide Metro 5000-5199, 5800-5999
VIC – Melbourne Metro 3000-3220, 3335-3341, 3425-3443, 3750-3811, 3910-3920, 3926-3944, 3972-3978, 3980-3983, 8000-8999

Additional freight charges including, but not limited to, a $35 remote delivery fee may be payable prior to orders being dispatched.

You will be contacted by an AL-KO representative in the event that an extra postage charge is payable. You will be sent an amended invoice documenting the calculated freight charge along with a payment request.

Transit Time

Transit time for most products is usually 1 to 2 business days from the date of order.

Christmas Closure

Between the dates of 21st December 2016 and the 8th of January 2017, no orders will be shipped due to AL-KO's anual Christmas closure. Unless otherwise stated, normal shipping will resume on the 9th of January 2017.

Shipping of Ride On Tractors and Ride On Mowers

In order not to void warranty, all AL-KO Ride on Tractors must be shipped to a nominated AL-KO Premium Dealer or Briggs & Stratton Service Dealer for assembly. Once the product has been delivered to the allocated dealer and pre-delivery has been completed it is the customers responsibility to arrange for this product to be collected from that dealer. Customers purchasing an AL-KO Ride on Tractor, or any other AL-KO product can nominate their preferred dealer location. Alternately AL-KO will arrange delivery to the AL-KO Premium Dealer (or Briggs & Stratton Service Dealer) and advise.
